My name is Julian Wilson, I am a Chartered Building Surveyor and the Principal of the firm. I have over 30 years of experience in residential property, both in the private sector and in social housing. 

Throughout my career, I have developed a wealth of knowledge and expertise in all aspects of building surveying, offering both residential clients and social property professionals the highest level of service.

Having worked with a wide variety of properties, from period homes to modern builds, I have gained extensive experience in conducting building surveys, dilapidation reports, party wall matters, and defect analysis. I provide clear, actionable advice ensuring the property is thoroughly inspected and understood, giving my clients the confidence they need in their property decisions.
